How to deal with STRESS


  • TAKE CONTROL. Stress is usually caused by a problem or situaton. Learning to solve the problem helps you feel thet you are in control, and this helps lower the level of stress you are in.


  • SLEEP MORE. Lack of sleep can cause stress. Get a quality rest, meditate or try to relax before going to bed to sleep more relaxed and without things in your head.


  • AVOID COFFEE AND ALCOHOL. Avoid or reduce the intake of these, coffe is a stimulant, so it increases the level of stress, the same for alcohol.


  • TALK WITH SOMEONE. Talking to another person or just opening up and telling them how you feeel will make you feel sooooo much better. In addition, this releases tension.
