TIPS to lose weight

  • Drink water before meals. Drinking water will not only be good for your health, it was also reduce your appetite since you will feel fuller.



  • Don't restric! Restricting kcal or meals isn't good for your body and takes it to a state of storage of fat instead of burning it. Even if you lose weight if you stop eating, you are losing fluids that you will win again as soon as you eat again.



  • Change the soda for tea or water! Soft drinks contain a lot of sugar and kcal, so change your soda to water and you'll notice tha big difference!



  • Oil! When we talk about oil we associate it with fattening because it is a fat, as this is incorrect. Oils ike olive or coconut are very good for your health, as well as necessary, so don't worry if you nedd to take a little of cooking.



  • Food and exercise. As you alredy know, the ebasis of weight loss is this point. Be active, move, eat healthy and avoid junk food.
